In our kitchen, finding the salt, let alone the new and expensive spice we recently bought, was pretty challenging. We didn’t want to miss out on great flavors, nor did we want to dredge through searching endlessly for something we thought we had. Something had to change.
First Thoughts
We first thought this was a lot of pieces to put together. I couldn’t wrap my head around why there were so many parts. There was hardware, small plastic pieces, and several pieces that looked like supports. I laid it all on the table and looked at all those pieces. My confusion started turning into, Wow! Is this for spices? Because they give you multiple options to suit your needs. What I mean by this, the small parts bag contains hardware if you want to mount this to the cabinet walls. Or, if you don’t want that, it comes with two different let sizes depending on how tall you want it to be.
Time to Assemble
Unwrapping the pieces, I found myself trying to answer a few questions. How wide should it be? Do I use tall or short legs? I knew I wouldn’t use the mounting hardware because my cabinet was small. The sizes that came with this kit would suffice. However, I measured the width and learned I did not need to add pieces to make it more comprehensive. Adding the legs was straightforward. Align the slots, add the support, and add the finishing touches.

Do We Recommend The Spicy Rack Organizer?
We have a small cabinet with the pieces to fit multiple, which can fit much wider cabinets. Our cabinet is much nicer, and we don’t have to fight to find anything. It has a solid feel, and the rubber top is pleasant to touch and grips well. We were impressed by how many spices fit too. Depending on the size of the spice container, you could fit up to 14 herbs on one level. This is perfect to suit our needs. So, do we recommend the Spicy Shelf? Yes! We recommend this, and we’re happy to have it.
